We are currently seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will support individuals in finding a new home through choice-based lettings or accredited landlords.

Assisting individuals with the arrangements to move into their new home, you will deliver positive outcome-focused support, ensuring they can successfully claim their home loss and disturbance payments.

You will also provide practical support and information, including assisting in placing bids through choice-based lettings and liaising with potential landlords. You will accompany individuals on viewings and help them to complete tenancy agreements and welfare benefit claims.

Additionally, you will:

- Undertake needs assessments
- Assist with day-to-day tenancy issues
- Provide updates to stakeholders regarding the status of each resident and property
- Maintain an accurate and timely record of all activities

About You

To be considered as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will need:

- Experience working within tenancy management services or related field or environment
- Experience working positively with people in crisis and/or displaying challenging behaviours
