Our Wild Goose Drop-in has an immediate need for Deputy Manager to lead our Engagement work. Working in parallel with our food Provision team, you will lead our ‘front of house’ engagement with those who access the service. With a team comprising of staff and volunteers you will establish and uphold a Psychologically Informed Environment through which the best outcomes for service users can be realized. 

Reporting to the Wild Goose Drop-in Manager, you would be joining a busy staff team who are supported by a number of daytime and evening volunteers. 

  • Salary: from £25K (FTE);
  • Hours: part-time 32.5 hours per week initially but with the intent to make this a full-time (40 hours) role in due course (subject to Board approval);
  • Work pattern to suit daytime drop-in session times (with evenings supported on a rota basis) to be agreed with the Wild Goose Manager;
  • Workplace pension with matched contribution of up to 5%.
