In your role as a Supported Lettings Officer, no day will be the same. In your efforts to support vulnerable individuals with complex needs in transitioning from rough sleeping to thriving in safe and secure environments, your work will range from supporting clients to apply for essential household items from a charity, through to supporting them through a benefits tribunal, and many things in between. Our holistic approach means supporting clients to improve their general well-being, whether this is helping them through anxiety-inducing financial situations or helping them access specialist services to meet their health needs.

You will gain experience of working in partnership with colleagues in Local Authority Housing and Social Care Sectors, as well as colleagues in the Voluntary Sector, to support and promote the best possible outcomes for our clients.

As a valued employee, you will receive day to day support during your time at The Bridge, but alongside this you will have regular supervisions with your line manager in order to ensure you are fully equipped to provide the high standard of support that your clients deserve.

Please be aware, a driving licence and use of a car is necessary for the role.
