Job Description

A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Street Outreach Coordinator. This role will lead a team that supports service users with multiple and complex needs to reduce rough sleeping in Newham.  We are hoping this role will be for you.


Change Grow Live has been awarded an exciting new contract to provide an integrated rough sleeper service in Newham. The new service started on 1st September 2021, providing a wide range of initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for rough sleepers in Newham. We are looking to recruit a passionate and motivated Senior Navigator to the team.

Working in partnership with trusted local providers, the integrated rough sleeper support service provides outreach work, social care navigation, housing first services, accommodation, move-on support, a day centre, immigration advice and education, training and employment opportunities. The working hours of this role are mainly Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, however, there will be some expectations to work shifts where required.
