This is a new role the post holder will work with the Rough Sleeper Co-ordinator and other colleagues in order to develop the post. We are looking for someone who is a creative, empathic, independent thinker with a commitment to partnership working and development. The ideal candidate will be utilising trauma informed care and Making Every Adult Matter approaches to get the best outcomes for all.
They will support the introduction of co-production with service users to ensure that their voices are at the centre of the development of any support plans and inform the way services are delivered.
They will facilitate and support service user involvement across all rough sleeper initiative services. and ensure that service user involvement is embedded in all organisational cultures by supporting staff to understand what service user involvement is, what it is not and by helping to develop and/or build on good practice and facilitate meaningful involvement opportunities across organisations involved with the rough sleeper partnerships.
