We are looking for two dynamic, well-organised and approachable managers to join our Youth Work team and support our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life that is safe, full of health and opportunity, and in a home that they deserve. We have an ambitious plan to deliver innovative and varied Youth Work, Jobs, Education and Training (JET) and Lifeskills programmes to young people this year and are searching for exceptional individuals to help us succeed.
You will be responsible for leading an engaging, youth-led lifeskills programme as well as managing the smooth running of our day centre service for young people aged 16-24. You will have experiencing motivating and inspiring frontline teams, maintaining and building a network of relationships with relevant external agencies, and be able to work confidently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a creative approach, and excellent interpersonal skills. Above all, you should be committed to delivering high quality services to young people who are facing homelessness or are unsafe.
Please note, there are two Services Manager roles available. One post will focus on delivering our Jobs, Education and Training programme and the other will focus on delivering our Youth Work and Lifeskills programme. If you have a preference for either role, please indicate this on your application. We will discuss this further at interview.
The role is based at our day centre in Camden and will involve frequent homeworking.
