Job Description

We are looking for two well-organised, approachable and motivated managers to join our team, supporting our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life that is safe, full of health and opportunity, and in a home that they deserve.

You will work within our Housing Team and support the Head of Services to manage a diverse portfolio of accommodation projects, an advice service, and various external housing partnerships. You will also assist with managing our day centre and ensure all services respond holistically to young people facing multiple barriers. You should be experienced in managing a range of projects or services within an advice or accommodation setting and be responsive to new initiatives. You will have experiencing motivating and inspiring frontline teams and be able to work confidently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build and manage effective partnerships within the housing and homelessness sector.

Please note, there are two positions available. Both roles are based at our day centre in Camden and will involve frequent remote and homeworking.
