Exciting opportunity within the Quality and Performance team at Phoenix Futures!

We are looking for somebody who is passionate about improving quality. You may have experience working in Quality or Performance in another non-profit organisation, or you may be bringing experience from frontline services. You will be excited about having a direct impact on delivering better care, support and outcomes for service users across all our services.

If you are an organised person with creative ideas, and wish to make a positive impact on the lives of people with drug and alcohol problems, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will be supporting clinical governance and other various quality functions across the organisation. You will also be supporting services to maintain and improve quality of services through a variety of means, including systems support, training and best practice guidance.

Working as a Quality Officer, every day will be different; one day you could be auditing one of our services around the UK, the next you might be delivering training, supporting a service with using a reporting system, or reviewing a policy or procedure. You will have regular contact with colleagues and service users. Your potential and passion is more valuable to us than your experience.

You will be based at our Central Office in Elephant and Castle with flexibility for home working. There will be regular travel to services around the country.
