Hours                          37 hours – full time

Salary                          £23, 699 – Scale 3 Point 7

Leave                           29 days’ annual leave per annum + Bank Holidays, rising incrementally to 33 over 5 years

Elevate is a Social Enterprise wholly owned by GIPSIL. Elevate’s key responsibilities are to manage and maintain assets to ensure safety, value for money, quality and timely projects, repairs & maintenance are undertaken for GIPSIL and other external partners and stakeholders.

Working alongside the Head of Assets and Facilities, you will:

  • Ensure that the projects delivered by Elevate (GIPSL) Ltd are coordinated safely, effectively and in line with the project budget and timeframes.
  • To ensure that risk analysis is undertaken, by identifying, monitoring and reviewing risk and risk mitigation in all areas of work related to property maintenance and renovation.
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants and statutory bodies to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • To ensure that environmental issues are considered at all stages of a project/contract/training from planning through to completion and that appropriate measures are implemented to minimise environmental impacts.
