Job Description

FUSION HOUSING works across the Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield districts of West Yorkshire, providing help for our communities to find and maintain housing through legal advice, employment support, learning opportunities, supported accommodation and local food bank provision

We have a vacancy for a PEER MENTOR COORDINATOR - KBOP (Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership).  Fixed Term until end of March 2024

We’re looking for a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic Coordinator to design, deliver and manage a Peer Mentor Programme across Kirklees. Based with Fusion but also working with other KBOP providers, you’ll have the skills needed to support individuals to take the next steps into volunteering and beyond, providing a meaningful opportunity to really make a difference.

  • Supporting people in housing, substance misuse, mental health or related fields
