This is a key role working across the entire CAST teams.
This role will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, including the Trustees. This includes being the first point of contact, ensuring the database is being used effectively and records are kept up-to-date following GDPR regulations, minute taking, liaising with external agencies and other general office duties.
The role holder will also be expected to act as the department’s database ‘super-user’ ensuring that use of the database is optimised across the team at CAST and that contacts and leads are shared effectively.
About the candidate
The successful candidate must have prior experience in an administrative role and be proficient in the use of IT tools such as MS Office and databases to perform day to day tasks.
The role involves providing support to different teams within CAST so an ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously, at times under pressure, is a must have. Other essential skills for this important role are self-motivation, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You will be working with vulnerable service users from all backgrounds.
This is a full time role, based in Southend on Sea.
