We are looking for a motivated Link Worker to join Mary Seacole Housing Association and lead a critical project providing holistic support to non-UK nationals facing homelessness in Luton. In this exciting role, you will act as the central coordinator, ensuring clients are placed into suitable accommodation, receive immigration advice, and are connected with essential outreach services.
Do you have the passion and skills to coordinate a high-impact project supporting vulnerable non-UK nationals?
As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). You will manage day-to-day operations, liaise with partners, and support clients on their journey from rough sleeping to stable housing. Your role will also involve data management and reporting, ensuring the project meets its objectives and delivers successful outcomes.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
Full-time: 39 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term (December 2024 – November 2025, with the possibility of extension)
