Join In-Form's Support team providing high quality support to our growing customer base.
In-Form is Homeless Link's complete client relationship and service management system for housing and homelessness organisations, built on the Salesforce platform. Income from sales, consultancy and training helps to fund Homeless Link’s work and also ensures that our customers have access to the information they need to demonstrate the impact their work has and improve their services. As sales of our product continue to grow, the In-Form team has expanded and we currently employ 28 members of staff across our core business areas; Support, Product, Service Delivery and Business Development.
We are now seeking an additional Senior Consultant, with experience of providing technical support to customers, to join our Customer Support & Success Team. The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of Salesforce technology and high level communication skills.
