We are looking for an exceptional individual to help our customers find housing solutions.
Focused on preventing and relieving homelessness, you will provide a comprehensive and detailed housing options and advice service to members of the public. We’ll look to you to undertake enquiries and investigations to determine our statutory duties under homelessness legislation and just as importantly, you’ll display a sound appreciation of good customer service in a housing context.
You will negotiate and produce personalised housing plans for our customers who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness so some knowledge of homelessness and landlord/ tenant legislation will be required.
With your excellent interpersonal skills and flair for partnership working you will be able to gather information and interpret complex issues, to think creatively about problems and identify appropriate solutions.
Liaising with a range of individuals, teams and sections the successful applicant will be highly motivated and have a proven track record as a team player.
