Turning Tides is a multifunctional, complex needs homelessness organisation that works in Worthing, Adur, Littlehampton, Horsham and Mid Sussex. It has over 150 staff and 250 volunteers. Its mission is to end local homelessness.
Turning Tides has developed a new Finance Manager role to help control, analyse and improve the Charity’s financial performance.
The successful applicant will be responsible for owning the management accounting process for the entire business, ensuring accuracy throughout the reporting hierarchy.
With full support from the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be encouraged to improve processes throughout a small, busy team which includes the Finance Officer and Finance Administrator. Expectations are high from the start and experience gained from the private sector is desirable.
