GIPSIL is a community based organisation providing housing, counselling, advice and support to young and vulnerable people at risk in Leeds.

The main responsibilities of the post include:-
Provision of holistic advice and support to individuals enabling them to maximise their opportunities in respect of employment, education, training and other engagement opportunities under the Engage Leeds Contract.
Development of innovative and creative approaches to the delivery of Employment and Engagement work for the benefit of people we support.
Provision of consultancy support to colleagues in respect of employment and engagement work.
Working effectively with other agencies to maximise Employment and Engagement opportunities across the city.
