Job Description

The 999 Club are now recruiting a dynamic new Co-production Lead to deliver a new co-production project and work collaboratively to embed it across the organisation

The 999 Club provides stability, encouragement and expertise to people across South East London who are experiencing homelessness. The charity provides a range of services to support their clients to learn new skills, find work and rebuild positive social networks.

As Co-production Lead, you will play a pivotal role in establishing an important new co-production project across The 999 Club. You will facilitate 2 co-production groups with both current and former clients, empowering clients to effect positive change both for themselves and for the wider organisation, whilst encouraging others to get involved. You will work closely alongside clients, the wider organisation, and partners to understand the benefits of co-production, and will set up systems and processes that empower and enable clients to have a voice at every level of the organisation. You will keep detailed and accurate records to evidence outcomes and efficacy, and will actively seek out new opportunities for clients to be involved in service delivery, both internally and externally with local partners.

To apply for this role, you must have significant experience of working with homeless people or other similarly disadvantaged groups. You must have experience of delivering co-production services and / or facilitating group sessions for vulnerable people, encouraging them to voice their views in a safe and supportive environment. You must have extensive experience of working alongside a broad range of partners and will be confident recording outcomes for evaluative purposes. Overall, you will be a warm and approachable self-starter, passionate about ensuring vulnerable people's voices are fed in to service delivery.
