Job Description

Homeless Link are seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager who shares our belief that we can end homelessness and our determination to make change happen.

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. With over 900 members we work to improve services and campaign for the social change  that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Social Change Directorate to develop and lead our campaigning work running bold campaigns which enable our members to play an active role in changing systems at a local and national level. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers and our policy and practice teams to co-ordinate our relationship with MPs and Ministers. And will also work closely with other organisations in the homelessness sector to lead & support joint campaigning efforts.

We are looking for someone with experience of campaigning and Parliamentary work. You will have a track record of delivering innovative digital campaigns that have led to real change. You will be an excellent networker internally and externally, and politically astute. And you must have a passion for social justice and supporting vulnerable people.

We are actively seeking to increase diversity within our organisation and would greatly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness, from a black or minority ethnic background and/or with a disability. We are happy to consider applications for part-time or flexible working arrangements, and can be flexible on where the post is based, although Home based staff will be required to attend Head Office from time to time.
